Hello TCA Teams!

We have been approved to have our annual TCA Tag Day (standing on the road collecting donations!) in Chesterton on Saturday, August 3rd from 9am-1pm at the intersection of Broadway and 8th Street, which is located right next to the Chesterton Police Station. This fundraiser is for Cheerleaders on any TCA Team.

The donations collected will be divided among the cheerleaders that participate based on how many hours each has worked. That money will then be applied directly to your account. It is a really easy fundraiser to participate in!

Here are the REQUIREMENTS if you wish to participate:
1. Wear a NEON shirt or vest / SAFETY VEST
2. Make a collection container that is EASY TO HOLD
3. If you are UNDER the age of 12, a parent MUST stand in the street with you wearing a NEON shirt/safety vest, also!
4. Make a SIGN to hold up saying TCA CHEER (if you can)

What to wear:
1. You MUST wear a NEON or SAFETY shirt/vest. IF you are wearing a vest, UNDER the vest, please wear a TCA shirt or a Purple shirt
2. Black shorts
3. Gym/tennis shoes / Sneakers — DO NOT WEAR YOUR CHEER SHOES OR SANDALS
4. Hair in a High Pony with your TCA Cheer Bow. If you do not have a TCA Cheer Bow, please wear a purple Cheer bow or any other bow you might have that looks “TCA-ish!”

How to sign up:
I will create an Event on Team App with an RSVP. You will need to reply to this RSVP with the following:
1. The cheerleader’s name
2. What time(s) between 9am and 1pm are you requesting?
3. How many hours (1, 2, 3, or 4) are you requesting?

From here, I will create a schedule and let you know when you will be there. I will create the schedule based on the order in which people respond with all of the above information. Hours will be assigned based on the number of people wanting to participate.

If you wish to participate, you need to RSVP by Thursday, August 1st. I will post the schedule on Team App by Friday, August 2nd.
